Where do I pay for my daily parking?

You pay at the pay stations at the center of the parking lot. 

How do I pay for 7 days if I am going on a 7 day cruise?

You would run your card and press the plus sign to add as many days as you would need.

What do I do with the receipt after I pay?

Place the receipt facing up on your dash so when we monitor the parking lot we will see that you have paid. 

Will my car be towed if I am not back in when my time expires?

There is a 30 minute grace period. 

What do I do if my card gets overcharged?

Take picture of receipt and email manager@galvpark.com also send name and last four of card with info on what happened.
